The facilities were really great and everything I had hoped for. I particularly loved the room and the amazing bathroom/shower! The breakfast and overall food were delicious, and the staff was always ready to help. They were super friendly and attentive and ensured your needs as a guest were met.

People at front desk, bar and restaurant was very nice. room and cleanness was as expected. Environment was nice to bike and walk. Very nice people at the restaurant and food was very tasty.

The breakfast was the best. The staff in every aspect of the hotel is exceptional. Karina at the front desk found a way to resolve what we needed, which was a table in our room for board games. Daniel and Thiago in coordination are very valuable team players. Sofía, Rocío in the dining area. We are very pleasantly surprised. Congratulations!

Because of COVID check out is extended so no need to rush out the door on your last day, food quality, clean rooms and comfy beds.
